Adrianne Oyewole, Distinctions’ founder and principal trainer, has spent the past two decades creating, refining and sharing unique exercises and training programs designed to deliver specific results.
Distinctions Wellness focuses on customized exercises and routines that are tailored to each client’s personal goals. Our programs focus on weight loss, body sculpting and toning, in addition to specialized approaches for post-injury rehabilitation.
Training can be done in the comfort of your home, or in a professional fitness facility. The training program is developed according to your schedule, goals and budget. Many of our clients reach their goals in half the normal time, because of our focused efforts and personalized programs. You’ll be stimulated both mentally and physically while you workout.
