About Adrianne
Adrianne is a certified personal trainer and lifestyle coach, with close to a decade of personal and professional experience in the art of weight-training, weight loss, body sculpting, strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and sports training, He works with and believes in the premise of putting ourselves first, since when we put ourselves first we benefit from the intuitive and practical abilities we all possess. That is also when we begin to understand the absolute connection that exists between our minds and bodies. As a trainer who has competed and won natural fitness competitions where the body and mind are put through rigorous and unimaginable obstacles, he appreciates the role the mind plays in leading the body to overcome, survive and thrive.
As an athlete who has played soccer and football competitively, as well as running track and field, Adrianne respects and appreciates the relationship and the role his mind has played in achieving his goals, and in winning and excelling in those sports. Even when his body is very tired or even injured, he knows he can let the mind guide and take over, so he can proceed and succeed.
Adrianne helps and teaches clients with many different needs, showing how they can achieve and become more complete with unique and customized exercises that challenge their mental and physical abilities. His training is diverse due to his martial arts background, which he draws upon in addition to his traditional knowledge of weight training and machines. Our Philosophy
Adrianne believes that the complete person is one who embraces and unifies the mental and physical aspects of their lives, and one who remembers that the body we live in is a temporary vessel that enables us to carry out our “mission” while we exist in the physical sense. A person needs to respect his/her mind and body and treat them with respect—remember, some of us treat our vehicles better than our own bodies.
Who Can Train?
Anyone can benefit from a personal trainer. You don’t need to be a Hollywood star or Bill Gates. We have clients from all ages and walks of life—from middle-aged women looking to lose weight and tone, to retirees wanting to improve their tennis, and teenagers embarking on a modeling career.
You don’t need to have any athletic ability or knowledge about exercise and fitness - it’s our job to instill that in you.
