If there’s one thing you can say to describe Adrianne, it is that his exercises and workouts are “not boring”. I have been working out with Adrianne for just over one year and I can honestly say I’ve never repeated the same exercise twice. Adrianne makes going to the gym enjoyable, but challenging, and his varied and unique exercises make you look forward to working out.
The old saying “one size fits all” doesn’t hold true where fitness exercises are concerned. At gyms everywhere you see people doing the same old repetitive exercises. Adrianne provides you with customized and varied work-out routines that show positive results, whatever your goals may be.
Adrianne uses cable machines, rubber bands and bosu balls in ways you could never imagine. He has developed a lot of his own exercises that he shares with you to develop all parts of the body, regardless of size, shape or age, I am in my late 50′s and feel like I’m in my 30′s, all thanks to Adrianne. My only regret is that I didn’t meet Adrianne 10 or 15 years ago.
