Adrianne Oyewole, founder of Distinctions Wellness and Personal Training, is an experienced professional in the field of personal training. Over the years, he’s worked with an incredible variety of clients seeking his expertise as a personal trainer – from professional athletes, corporate executives, young professionals and doctors to retirees, and just about everyone in between. His personal experiences working with brides-to-be and their unique goals and challenges led to the development of the Calgary Fit Brides Program.
Each Calgary Fit Brides Program package includes both one-on-one and group training/information sessions over an eight-week period.
The Calgary Fit Brides training package includes:
- Private consultation with Adrianne to discuss your objectives
- Personalized training program to meet your unique goals
- Personalized advice on integrating diet and exercise into your lifestyle
- Support and advice on stress management and relaxation techniques
- Nutritional counselling, including a session with a nutritionist
- Training (free of charge) at Calgary’s Riverside Club, a leading fitness centre
- Group training sessions with other brides to provide additional motivation/support
- Opportunity to phone/email Adrianne with questions
