My name is Andrea and I was blessed to have come across Adrianne through a mutual friend. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met him – not only from a fitness standpoint, but from a personal development and growth point of view as well. Here is my story…
A mother of one who had recently returned to the workforce (my little boy was almost 2 1/2 years old at the time), I was looking to get back into shape and start playing soccer again – something I enjoyed before having my son.

A year ago, I bent to pick up a hefty flower pot in our backyard. Ten minutes later, I was gobbling Tylenol. A week later, I felt as if a mule had kicked me in the lower back. A month later, I began training with Adrianne. Today, I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve been in 25 years.
It was the simplest of maneuvers, and as I lifted up that flower pot and began to turn, it had devastating consequences.

I worked with Adrian on a regular basis for the six weeks leading up to my wedding this past August. Before I met him I was frustrated with my physical body and uninspired to live the active lifestyle that I once knew. I had suffered a back injury months prior and was advised to not work out for sometime, this was discouraging. Imagine the feeling you would have if you at the age of 24 put on a bikini and felt completely comfortable for the first time in your life. Imagine 2 months after this life changing time standing on stage in front of over 500 people in an even smaller bikini and actually being judged on your physic, showing off your body. I don’t think you can imagine the feeling. It is the best, most indescribable feeling of accomplishment, pride and self-fulfillment one could ever have.

When I first met Adrianne, I was listlessly spending 6 hours per week at the gym on both cardio and strength training plus attending a yoga class once per week. I had a bad case of acne, I was dehydrated, and I ate whatever I had time to grab on my way to work or school. I couldn’t get control of my weight, I felt exhausted all the time, and could barely find the energy to ascend a flight of stairs. I had been plagued with shoulder/neck problems since a shoulder dislocation nine years earlier and felt as though I as falling apart at 28.

An excellent trainer is many things. They coach their clients with each client specific needs in mind. However, Adrianne is beyond excellent. The workout routines he designed for me, not only challenged all my athletic goals, but also addressed a serious injury, a bulging disc, in a series of exercises that both challenged me and strengthened my back. He is always around, both formally and informally, with words of encouragement and wisdom.
