Super Salads
Here’s my favorite recipe for a quick and delicious salad:
Toss together a mixture of the following (add and subtract to suit your own taste preferences):
- Spinach
- Almonds
- Cottage cheese
- Tomatoes
- Almonds
- Raisins
- Balsamic vinegar
For protein, add strips of meat, fish, grilled or baked chicken, or turkey. Finish with a pinch of black pepper and Himalayan (Celtic) salt for flavor.
