Bicep Curl

This is a great exercise for tightening and toning your upper arms.

Stand or sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your palms facing forward. Curl until your elbows hit 90 degrees, then lower to start over.

Do 10 reps of two to three sets each arm. Remember you can also use a band for this exercise.
