Formula For Health
We’re all looking for a way to feel and look better, and to have the best possible health. Here are a few ideas I’ve developed to help you achieve optimum wellness.
- Wake up with gratitude. List 10 things you’re grateful for daily. Put it by your bedside and read your list first thing in the morning. Whatever challenges you face – remember, it could be worse. We need to keep that in mind.
- Go to a reputable health store and buy the best multivitamin they carry. It’s important to do your research and learn why it is good for you and better than other ones in the marketplace.
- Drink a minimum of three litres of water each day, starting when you brush your teeth in the morning. This will go a long way in helping you achieve good health.
- Ask your personal trainer, a dietitian, or medical doctor to help you develop and structure your eating. Proper eating habits—not starvation—are the most important ingredients for great health and well being. A balanced lifestyle includes rest, proper eating, exercise, and the continuous focus and management of factors in our lives that cause turmoil, agony, sadness (i.e. stress).
In this respect, proper nutrition and a balanced approach to eating are essential. The Eating Right section of this website includes some basic examples of what to eat and what to avoid. But remember, you should consult with one of the professionals mentioned earlier or a naturopath if you want to develop a more detailed eating plan that’s personalized for you.
